based in the United States and Europe to deliver 
premium products as fast as possible.

PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1-3 business 
days after payment confirmation.

SHIPPING TIME
United States: 3-7 business days
Europe: 5-12 business days
Worldwide: 7-21 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates 
and may vary depending on your location and 
carrier availability.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a 
confirmation email with your tracking number. 
You can use it to follow your package every 
step of the way.

SHIPPING COSTS
We offer free or low-cost shipping on most 
items. Any applicable shipping fees will be 
displayed at checkout before you complete

DELAYS
Mau Pets is not responsible for delays caused 
by customs, weather conditions, or carrier 
issues beyond our control. However, if your 
order is significantly delayed, please reach 
out and we will do everything we can to help.

LOST PACKAGES
If your package is lost in transit, contact 
us within 30 days of your order date and we 
will investigate and resolve the issue.
