Refund policy

At Mau Pets, your satisfaction is our priority. 
If you're not completely happy with your purchase, 
we're here to help.

RETURNS
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. 
To be eligible, items must be unused, in their 
original condition and packaging.

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll 
notify you by email. If approved, your refund 
will be processed within 5-7 business days to 
your original payment method.

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, 
please contact us within 48 hours of delivery 
with a photo and we'll make it right immediately.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Personalized or custom items (such as pet ID 
tags) cannot be returned unless they arrive 
damaged or defective.

SHIPPING COSTS
Return shipping costs are the responsibility 
of the customer unless the item arrived damaged 
or incorrect.
